Lesbomobile

Here lies the Lesbomobile. She was much loved, but not cost effective to repair. Someday, I’ll call Goodwill to come take her away. In the meantime, she matches my outfit nicely.

Cardigan, Forever 21. Dress, Ann Taylor Loft. Tassel necklace, borrowed from Tina. Purse, Liz Claiborne. Shoes, Bitten. Scarf, flea market. Bangles, Epcot Morroco.

I didn’t know that Subarus were associated with lesbians until years after I bought her. I just spent a lot of time wondering why women were always hitting on me. She was a real chick magnet.

Now, I ride the bus and get hollered at by crazy old men. Hmph.

I always love seeing a red and green outfit that DOESN'T look Christmas-y. This is such fun!

You might want to delete the license plate from your photos, unless you really want strangers showing at your front door.

hmm...I heard the same thing about PT Cruisers.

Marshall - it's too late. I'm a homeowner so my address is public record.

I didn't think of Christmas when I saw your outfit. I thought of a beautiful springtime rose. You need to find something to give Tina in trade, because I'm loving that necklace more and more every time you wear it. You shouldn't give it back.

This is my favorite incarnation of this dress, and it has nothing to do with my necklace. I think it's that the floral cardigan ties in so beautifully and the red scarf is the perfect accent.

Never heard that about Subarus !
I cannot believe how many different ways you have worn this dress. Really. My jaw has dropped. I need to learn so much !

GREAT dress and so many wonderful ways you've worn it :-)

The mixed patterns in this are unexpected but they really work. I agree with others, it's nice to see red and green that doesn't scream Christmas.

say it isn't so....it's a good family car... Mr. C has one...lots of people in VT and CO have them because of the all wheel drive...

Just curious - do you ever think about being a redhead again? So cute both ways, but huge difference. what was the catalyst for going blonde?

Always been curious and finally it killed the cat, and I had to ask.

Janet

P.S. I have two cats too and luv 'em - so no harm really done to a cat.

Janet - I go back to red in a couple of weeks!

Buddy, what happened to your car?

Kasmira said...

Brina - it needs a new transmission and head gasket. It would cost way more to fix than it's worth. I spoke to the mechanic and even he wouldn't fix it if it were his car. :(
